Wednesday, May 15, 2024, Wool Applique (1day) from 10:00am to 4:00pm
Introduction to wool applique with at least 4 basic stitches along with some advanced stitches will be taught along with Dorsett Buttons and Yorkshire Buttons if time permits.

Saturday & Sunday, June 1 & 2, 2024, Beginner Rug Hooking Workshop (2 days) from 9:30am to 4:00pm
Taught by Sherry Chandler and Suzanne Conrod, this Workshop is open to beginners, or anyone who wishes to improve on their rug hooking skills.

Saturday June 8, 2024 & Saturday June 22, 2024 Fish with Driftwood (2 days) from 9:30am to 4:00pm
Contemporary Folk Art style “Fish with Driftwood” taught by Jessica (Jess) Steponaitis.

Friday, June 14, 2024, Beginner Punch Hooking (1 day) from 9:30am to 4:00pm
Taught by Kevin LeMoine, this Beginner Punch Hooking workshop is designed to teach the fundamentals of Punch Needle Rug Hooking while allowing you to customize your mat with a choice of templates.

Saturday & Sunday, June 15 & 16, 2024, Two Sided Punching (2 days) from 9:30am to 4:00pm
Taught by Kevin LeMoine, Two Sided Rug Punching is for the individual who wants to challenge themselves and who are prepared to concentrate and focus on their piece as it develops.

Taught by Betty Anne Cormier of Cheticamp, you will learn traditional Cheticamp Rug Hooking using traditional Cheticamp tools and supplies.

FULL - Wednesday, June 26, 2024, Lupin Pictorial  (1 day) from 9:30am to 4:00pm
Taught by Dwight Gallagher. In this workshop, you will learn about hooking a lane/path, lupin flowers, tree line and ways to use a dip dyed piece of wool for a great sky effect.

Friday, July 12, 2024, Punch Hooking with Wool Strips (1 day) from 9:30am to 4:00pm
Taught by Kevin LeMoine - Take this wonderful opportunity to rug punch with #6 cut wool strips.  You will use the #13 Regular Oxford Punch Needle that is ONLY available through an Oxford Certified Instructor, when taught in a class.

Saturday & Sunday, July 13 & 14, 2024, Beginner Punch Needle (2 days) from 9:30am to 4:00pm
Taught by Kevin LeMoine, this course is designed to have you complete a “CHAIR PAD KIT” using a #10 Regular Oxford Punch Needle and a #14 Mini Oxford Punch Needle.

Jane Steele’s Snowy Sheep Workshop – is an interesting 2-day workshop covering “hooking with various widths of cut wool strips, yarn fleece, special yarns and many different techniques”.

Taught by Kevin LeMoine - Jump-start your Fall projects, create a shaded, dimensional Pumpkin cushion or mat using the Oxford Punch Needle and 100% wool, Briggs & Little, 2 ply yarn “Heritage”.

Tuesday, September 17, 2024 “Finishing Workshop” (1 day) from 10:00am to 3:00pm
In this workshop, you will do some hands-on finishing - Patsy will review the various tools and styles she has done or researched over the past few years.  Her preferred method of choice is whipping over cording but there are so many other ways to make your work of art beautiful.

Jane Steele is back with “Hooked Cone Christmas Tree” we will create Christmas Trees in either red or green, which can be decorated however you choose.  The workshop will cover how to hook with various materials and textures.

FULL - Saturday, September 28, 2024, Autumn Blueberry Fields, (1 day) from 9:30am to 4:00pm
Dwight Gallagher - Autumn Blueberry Fields, these fields turn a brilliant colour in the autumn after they are harvested.  Usually there is a lane or path leading into the back fields allowing the harvesters access.  You will be hooking using these glorious colours!

Saturday, October 5, 2024, Wire Mesh Basket, (1 day) from 9:30am to 4:00pm
Suzanne Bailly with permission of Winnie Glavine will show you how to hook on a Wire Mesh Basket using all kinds of different fibres, beads, buttons and zippers.
